Competition Format:   U9 (must use size 0); U11 and U13 (must use size 2); U15( must use size 5); U17; Seniors; Veterans. One round of pools followed by Direct Elimination.

Veterans:   One single competition and ranking. Nevertheless negative handicaps will be applied in pools and in Direct Elimination. One point by difference of 2 categories. (ex: -1 for V1 against V3 and -2 for V1 against V4). If a score remains negative at the end of a pool match, the score goes to 0, (ex : if A beat B by 5 to -1, the poule sheet will be marked V5 to 0).

 The organisers retain the right to change the format of the Tournament at any time.

Entry fee:   The registrations have to make on-line on the site of the FFE for the French fencers, by e-mail in leroyer.samuel@gmail.com for the foreign fencers by specifying: category, Name, First name, N° of license, Club, Country, full date of birth.

                              Deadline of registration on Wednesday, November 1st, 2017 at 11:59 pm.

                              Entry fee: 10€ by fencer for all the categories. Free entry to non-French residents visiting specifically for this event.

Prizes: Podium calling and prizes given immedialty after the end of each competition. trophy, medals, and prizes. Prizes for last 4 of each categorie. U9 and U13, prizes for last 8 (cups and medals). Prizes in fencing equipment.

Refereeing:   Clubs with 4 fencers or more have to present 1 referee. Contact us for more informations at leroyer.samuel@gmail.com

 Equipement:   Corresponding to the existing standards of the FFE. Sports shoes for the access to tracks (referees, guides).

                            "Les Ducs d'Alençon" fencing club and the City of Alençon disclaim all liability in the event of an accident and of loss or theft of the properties or the values belonging to the fencers or to the guides.

Food: Fruits, snacks, cakes, sandwichs, drinks available on site.
